We walk the property with you, talk through what you want, and measure what's actually there — no charge, no pressure.

You get a line-by-line quote — materials, labour, delivery, disposal and taxes broken out separately. Pricing holds for 30 days.

Scheduled & done properly
A deposit books your date and secures materials. We show up when we say, work to the written scope, and keep you posted on progress.

Full cleanup & walkthrough
Debris hauled to a licensed transfer station, hard surfaces blown down, and a final walkthrough before the balance is due.

Cascara Landscaping is a family-run company serving the Fraser Valley. The experience behind it runs deep — maintaining, planting and pruning properties across the Lower Mainland, and managing grounds for strata councils and property managers along the way.
We started Cascara in 2024 to run things our own way: work we manage ourselves, the same crew back each visit, and quotes you can actually read. The people who walk your property and write the estimate are the same people running the job — not a dispatcher you never meet.

Straight answers to the things people ask before they hire us.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free. We walk the property with you, then send a written, itemized quote — materials, labour, delivery, disposal and taxes broken out separately. Pricing holds for 30 days.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage on every job. Certificates are available on request — ask and we'll send them with your quote.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in the Fraser Valley and work across it and the Lower Mainland — Abbotsford, Mission, Langley, Surrey, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver and surrounding areas.
Do I need a contract, or can I book a one-time job?
Both. One-time work — a cleanup, a mulch install, a hedge — is quoted and scheduled as a single job. If you want the property looked after year-round, we'll write up a maintenance package with itemized annual pricing.
When should I book seasonal work?
Spring cleanups book up through February and March, and fall cleanups through September. Mulch and bed work can be scheduled most of the year. Hedges have proper trimming windows — we'll tell you honestly if it's worth waiting a few weeks for a better result.
Do you work with strata councils and property managers?
Yes — it's a core part of what we do. Written scopes, scheduled visits, photo-documented seasonal reports and one point of contact who answers the phone.
When can I reach you?
Office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm. We're often out on site during the day, so if we miss your call leave a message or use the quote form and we'll get back to you.
